Pool is great for kids. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pool water was kind of cold. Hot tub good and warm. No way to take a bath because no way to plug drain in tub. Sheets on bed were not very comfortable. Restraunt in hotel next to pool was nice and had good food.

The pool area was great, my kids loved it! When we first arrived the cleaning chemical smell was overbearing but it must have been necessary. The building could use some updates.

The good: - the front desk staff were all super helpful - lots of options for breakfast and the hours were from 5am till 10am - it's right off the highway - the big slide in the pool was good The not as good - the hotel is really dated - the rooms and hallways had probably the original carpet that looked like it had never been washed/carpet cleaned, but was 'clean' - the pool area was really dated, flooring peeling and lifted and the kids play structure was rusted - the chemicals in the hot tub weren't balanced and had lots of foam when the jets were turned on - our key cards would only work for a day before having to get rekeyed. The front desk staff said it's because of the locks. Happened almost every day in our multiple night stay

The hotel room was clean. Towels and pillows were a little thin. The room was quiet and comfortable. The remote to the TV was not functioning completely. Breakfast was adequate. Offered hot eggs and sausage, waffles, cereals, breads, muffins, and yogurt. Outstanding fitness center. We didn’t use the pool/waterpark, but it seemed to be clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

The Waterpark was mostly shut down. The whole reason we picked that hotel :( Our room was very hot. Thank goodness we were able to get a fan from the front desk. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was ok. I dont think we'll be back.

Pretty much, everything was normal, but good. The staff makes the difference! Very good service, accommodating, friendly, etc. Will definitely continue to come. We go to Fargo, but travel the extra mile so that we can stay with you guys! See you next time!😊
