It was an ama?ing experience from the second i checked in the gentleman at the coubter was polite and friendly. Lobby and halls were kept clean and the room was nice and clean have a working fridge and microwave and the heat worked great. I will definitely book here in the future.

The breakfast is not a buffet as advertised, it's just a continental. Rooms were clean as expected. The room had a window heat/ac unit that worked but when running was very noisy. I was quite surprised that upon arrival i discovered that the motel charges a deposit between $150-$300 depending on the distance between your home and the motel. I will never stay there again. I've never been asked for a deposit before checking in.

The only hard part for me was to follow the directions to find the hotel. Once there, the directions were easy to remember. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Decent stay

It was a clean affordable room with updated bathroom and very comfortable bed. Basic continental breakfast with bad coffee. Close to everything and we would stay again.

Clean and quiet

The hotel was clean, quiet, staff pleasant. Bathroom was small but, efficient. Sink was in the room steps from the bed. Great water pressure and clean. I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel on an economy budget

This has become our go-to hotel whenever we go to Fargo ND. It's an economy hotel so there aren't really any frills (though it does include breakfast) but it's always clean and in good repair, smells nice when you walk into the building, the staff are friendly and helpful and it's a decent price.

You get what you pay for. I paid very little. No service, no housekeeping, no breakfast one day and minimal breakfast the others, shower was not clean, sandpaper towels, shampoo in ketchup packets. The neighborhood is safe and it is a convenient drive to most of Fargo.

Nothing unique about this property, although they just renovated and had new mattresses. there are many hotels in area. Staff was friendly and let us check in a little early. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, bagels and spreads. Coffee, tea and juice.

I was SO happy with our 2 night stay! This hotel was very affordable & i expected it to be awful. It was great! Clean bright & it smelled great too (that's a big deal to me). The breakfast also exceeded my expectations. The desk clerk was professional. This is the hotel for me. Thank you so much

Slightly disappointed

Room smelt weird, crumbs all around the room, lots of stains on fixtures, all the towels in the bathroom were dirty or stained except 1 and there was a lot of hairs around in there. The fridge was full of rust, screen on the window was torn off, at least it made getting the luggage in the room easier. Thankfully the beds looked clean and were comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets are old and worn and the walls need a good painting. The windows were dirty and a lot were broken. They could have also made the outside patio a great place for hotel customers to sit-setup some tables and chairs. The price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the price we paid. Would not stay there again. If they were to do a lot upgrades it could be a really nice place to stay.
