"Items left in fridge. Everything squeaks. 1st floor close to front counter was very loud. Lots of foot traffic, carts, trash cans on casters, etc."

"Very clean and quiet property. The bed was very comfortable and the room was colorful which I appreciate. The bathroom was divided into a sink area separate from the toilet and shower. The shower was excellent Walkable or short drive to the historic Goliad square."

"It’s an older hotel that needs to maintenance. The lobby is beautiful and smells great- that didn’t transfer upstairs. Our bathroom was dirty, our sheets had hair and dirt in them and there was some brown substance coming down the wall. Overall- would not stay here again. "

"Hotel was nice. Room was clean. No issues with anything to do with the property. My only issue was check in. No one was at the front desk (it was 8:00pm). There is a phone on the counter to call. It rang and rang and rang. No answer. Finally a woman comes out of the back. She said “can I help you?” Those are the only 4 words spoken to me the entire check in. Literally. Not one other word. I’m from Texas. Lived in Texas till I graduated high school. When did Texas people become so rude?!? "

"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a musty odor. Not sure from what. It deserves an OK rating, but certainly not the “excellent” rating given on Expedia. At best, “very good.”"

"Breakfast hot food was cold. Someone forgot to light the fire, I suppose. The hotel was clean. I'd recommend it. Remodeling was being done. It'll look great when all is done. The parking lot was well lit. Access to the hotel was good. Everything around it was convenient. "
