"This room had big beds, a small area where we could eat, and a clean bathroom. The location is near a night market. The highlight was the pool next door (swim lanes and spa area). "The Nikko Hotel Kaoshiung was wonderful. The pool was clean and well designed, semi airy yet tall ceilings cover it from rain. The sauna, hot bath and relaxation room were well appointed. The one thing that would have been nice was if there was a yoga class to take or a fitness training session available. Otherwise, service was excellent. When house keeping came in to set up a rollaway bed, they both removed their shoes to enter our room to keep it clean. The attendant would bow while our elevator door closed. It’s superb Japanese style service. Breakfast was a great selection. We would love to return."
