You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Blue Ridge Parkway Camping Cabin, Pet Friendly and Family Ready
Your camping cabin is located at Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground, the only private, full service campground and motel located on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The one room cabin is the last in the line of our cabins that face the Blue Ridge Parkway. Inside is a queen bed complete with bedding. The futon folds out to a full-size bed. Bring your own bedding for the futon or rent sets for $6. You also have a mini-fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, extension cord with USB ports, table, chairs, lamp and coffee maker with coffee, cups, creamer and sugar. A floor heater keeps the cabin warm on chilly nights. A ceiling fan and small box fan keeps everything cool. Outside, there is a porch with two chairs that are perfect to enjoy the view of the parkway, peach orchard, sunsets and starry nights. The cabins also have a picnic table, fire ring and charcoal grill. Water hydrants are outside as well. Parking is behind the cabin.
The cabins do not have a bathroom. The bath house with five, full private bathrooms and utility sinks is a short walk. Remember towels or rent a bath towel for $3 or a set for $6.
Please note that rates are higher on Memorial Day weekend, the July 4th holiday and Labor Day weekend. Minimum night stays apply as well. Please contact us for details.
