Brand new property, built and designed with a modern, seaside vibe perfect for a family vacation, inter-generational retreat, couples getaway, girls reunion... any reason or season. • Eco-friendly travel! Electricity powered entirely by renewable energy. • Situated just 300 yards from West Falmouth Harbor for launching your kayak or paddleboard (easily rentable, with lessons)-- and for ending the day sitting on the dock viewing the spectacular sunsets. • Even closer is access to the Shining Sea Bikeway-- a 10-mile paved trail hugs the coast passing the Great Marsh, Cranberry Bogs, Salt Pond Bird Sanctuary used by walkers, runners, bikers (easy rentals nearby), and skaters. • Swimming, or wind surfing, at Chapoquoit Beach just a short walk away; plus Old Silver Beach known as one of the Cape's best for families is two miles away. (Beach stickers for parking available in town). • The West Falmouth Village newly-renovated 180-year-old Library offers activities for kids, lectures, concerts for adults and, of course, books and dvds. In fact, with the all food you might need at the market across the street and the quaint ice cream shop and cafe next door-- vacationers might choose not to use their car at all. But if they do, the Town of Falmouth Main Street is 4 miles away with shops, restaurants, Village Green activities. Woods Hole, just 7 miles away, has it's own charming shops and restaurants, and provides ferries to Martha's Vineyard. West Falmouth boasts quick travel from the Bourne Canal Bridge and access to the main routes to the rest of the Cape for day trips to mid-cape and all the way to Provincetown. The home itself is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath 1700 sq ft airy haven that features a front porch for morning coffee, private back patio for relaxing and barbecuing, kitchen with dining table and all the amenities of your favorite B&B. Two bedrooms downstairs, plus full-size sleeper sofa, and the upstairs loft designed not just for sleeping (king size bed, day bed, and room for kiddie sleeping bags) but for playing board games, reading, and hanging out. This is a fully equipped cottage that includes a smart tv, internet, air conditioning and heat, washer & dryer, dishwasher. And, of course, all linens, bedding and towels (including tons of beach towels) are of good quality and freshly laundered. The owners live in the unit next door and are available to provide information and assistance... or leave you to your privacy.

Lovely stay. Super convenient. Hosts very responsive. Smallish living room but large bedrooms. 1 block from the Shining Sea Bikeway. Easy walk to Chapoquoit beach.
Super cute and clean home that had functional spaces and plenty of room for guests! Great yard and porch area, and loved the proximity to the bike path and oceanfront. Made great use of the market across the street too!
It was a great location, plenty of space for the kids to run around in the yard and everyone had a place to sleep. The market across the street had everything you could need and more highly recommend.
If we could have stayed here for our entire New England trip, we absolutely would have! The location is fantastic - close to downtown Falmouth, the ferry, R.I. airport, and steps from a delightful market. The cottage was immaculate, spacious, cozy, and decorated with nautical charm, perfectly suited to its Cape Cod location. Markie was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our entire stay effortless and enjoyable.
A lovely property located close to everything you need, store, beach, walking path. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The communication was outstanding.
Amazing location and house. My family loved Falmouth but mostly this house. The host has kids and left toys for my kids to play with which made them feel right at home. Any questions I had about the place were quickly answered via text or calls. We found a new favorite vacation place for sure!
The place was great! The beds were very comfortable. The house was very well appointed and clean. Keep in mind, this is a duplex. While you have the home to yourself, the walls are thin. The market across the street was an added bonus. It is close proximity to the bike path.
Great location with a bike/walking trail just up the block. Easy access to highway and very convenient market across the street. After a long day of sightseeing it was a pleasure to come back here to relax.
Absolutely fabulous property; such a pleasant surprise for us. The size, decor, amenities were all just perfect for us during our 3-night stay. Markie is the perfect host; attentive, responsive and personable. We recommend this property; wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us for our entire trip. Thanks Markie!!
The house was very nice, clean, and in a good location for exploring the cape. Loved the West Falmouth Market across the street. We got breakfast from there every morning. Old Silver beach, just minutes away, was great… with white powdery sand. We loved it and would definitely come back!
Wonderful stay, beautiful home and welcoming owners!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was in a great location in Falmouth, close to all the necessities and great restaurants. Also to mention, there’s a great little market across the street in less than a minute walk. To say this home was immaculately clean is an understatement! Fully stocked with everything needed. The owners made our stay welcoming with so many extra personal touches that made our stay from start to finish an excellent experience! Highly recommend this home. Thank you to Markie and her beautiful family for a great stay!
We liked this house very much. It was bright, clean and roomy and the kitchen was well-equipped. Markie communicates quickly and clearly and is easy to deal with. The decor is charming, and the location (across the street from a great little market and yards from a terrific, scenic bike path) can't be beat.
Very nice property conveniently located near the village of charming Falmouth. Minutes to Old Silver Beach. Located across the street from West Falmouth Market which has everything you need including fresh breads and pastries. Spiral staircase leading to upstairs master bedroom is tight and challenging to get luggage upstairs. Owners home is connected to the property and noise from little ones can be heard. Very responsive owners
Everything about this rental was perfect. Location was great. Being across the street from the market was handy for morning coffee. It was also close to Chapoquoit beach. The house felt brand new. Had everything we could need and owners very responsive. A perfect getaway for our family of 5. Hope to be back next year.
This home is beautiful. It was super clean, well thought out, and tastefully decorated. The location can’t be beat. You can walk up the street and be at a beach in minutes if you are inclined to do so. Falmouth is a short drive away, where you will find shops and restaurants. Markie was such a great host. She checked in on us and offered veggies from her garden! I highly recommend.
My family of 5 rented the house for the long Labor Day weekend. The house is in a great location, just across the street from the awesome West Falmouth Market and a short drive to Chappy and Old Silver beaches. The house was very clean and well appointed with all the basics covered. Check in was a breeze and Markie was kind enough to let us push our check out back a couple hours to squeeze some extra time in at the beach! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The beds are very firm and would have loved to have a dresser in the primary bedroom, but we would definitely stay again.
We loved this house and location. It was just perfect for our 3-day stay on the Cape.
The house was perfectly clean with great linens and towels, and stocked kitchen.
Right across the street is the most awesome little neighborhood market, with pizza oven, fresh breads, deli, pastries, and wine.
A 2-min walk away is a 16-mile rail trail that was great for morning walks.
The only disappointment was a charcoal grill instead of a small gas grill. We had in mind to grill one night but it was getting too late to wait for charcoal to get lit. The kitchen table was fine for two of us, but may be an issue for larger group if all beds are filled. However there is an outdoor patio table.
We would stay here again.
