The resort was nice but I doubt multiple roaches in my room in different days. The staff acted as if they knew nothing of them but apparently it’s been an issue I recommend them fuming the property.

Pool was nice, water park was a blast. The food and food choices were the worst u have even been around. Crazy way to check in restaurants only 24 hrs prior. Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive
The resort was beautiful and staff were friendly. The restaurants were incredibly slow - people got upset and left - like 4 hours for a meal. Not acceptable. Food was good, not great.

Deja Resort All Inclusive
The check-in was slow and tedious. Staff rude, both at front desk and pool bar. Dead cockroaches seen on walk to our room and plates with remnants of meals left in corners with flies buzzing them. Overall, the experience was a let-down.
