"The staff was very nice. The front desk manager, Tommy, was very accomodating. We arrived late after the Penn State vs Oregon football game and he waited for our arrival which was after checking in time. Joanna, our housekeeper, was friendly. Our room was not renovated at this time. The tv was very good and we appreciated the refrigerator with freezer for our perishable food.
