"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the...

"Vielen Dank für die freundliche Bedienung"

"An unforgetable experience of Great food , amazing service and one ofna kind grounds for all sorts Of activities "

"The location of the property is quite remote but we knew this when we booked. Perfect tranquility! It is on the edge of a small village which is near to a small town with a direct rail link into. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. Ideal if visiting the nearby golf course or if you just want to explore the natural beauty of the immediate countryside all around. The management were also very friendly and helpful meeting all our needs in the...

"Happy with hotel, staff and room"

"Pros: Es waren Kaffee, Tee und andere Kleinigkeiten da. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Cons: Einzelne Stühle könnten ausgetauscht werden. Gehen aus dem Leim."

"Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Wir waren ausserhalb der Saison hier. Es war ruhig. Bei Hochsaison evtl. viel los hier"

"Super "

"Die Unterkunft war super. Schöne ruhige Lage. Die Gastgeber, sehr nette Leute. Alles bestens. "

"Really welcoming staff, great food at good prices, nice breakfast with loads of choice "
