The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

This is not a 5-star hotel. Maybe 3.5 in a good day. Rooms are tiny. Gimmicky form to request turndown service and daily housekeeping. No flushing of anything down the toilet. Tons of street noise due to construction. Inability of staff to secure taxi cabs at night for dinner outing. Etc.
