Good ambiance, Easy approach from High way. Good management, Good cleanliness, Good dining space and quality food. Scope of improvement- insufficient room cloth wardrobes, use and through shaving kits, carpet chappal etc

I should have given no star or negative star. But giving two because restaurant food was great and junior level staff atleast tried their best to correct my terrible stay as best they can. 1. Bathroom flush not working in two out of four room we had. They could not correct it we had to use our other two room 2. Bathroom door not closing 3. Electric ketle not working in any room but was replaced. 4 we were put in block C where still major construction going with noise snd dust. 5 bathroom design very bad not suitable for overseas traveller it is always wet. One of our guest skipped lucky was not hurt 6. Our booking was for deluxe room paid extra for that but was not accomdated in main block but to under repair or construction building block C 7 They never take call . Was calling several time before coming to make sure but will not take In summary I will not recommend any to book this particulary if you are coming from USA will have very bad experience. Nice Clean property with all amenities. Only down side is that the property is about 6km from city with no easy transportation. Taxis charge Rs 1000 or more for a round trip.

Huge Property sprawling with greenery and space. Room Cleanliness could have been better though Overall a good stay.

Room was supposed to have garden view as per reservation but was facing construction. Room service is good and prompt. WiFi is very slow, breakfast is not free as advertised and when booked. Overall the property is average.

Overall okay but not the best experience. Breakfast : limited options fir the price Linen: had stains , when asked to replace took few hours Very strict on the policies that benefits them.

The property is good but very far from Railway station. No proper conveyance is available in the area, so difficult to commute. Only e ricksay was available and it takes almost an hour to reach from. Station to hotel or vice versa.

Maharaja Room is big but no windows, bathroom has terrible design, quality of sheets and towels is like a two star hotel. Front desk person is quite unfriendly. I will not stay there again. Will not recommend it to any of my friends. It’s a two star, not a four star hotel.
