"Being a guest at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad was a delightful experience all the way around. As a matter of fact, it was truly exceptional. The room, the pool and the gym are all very clean and well maintained. The service and staff always pleasant, they aim to please. The free breakfast was a broad display of the finest prepared dishes, danishes, fruits, a variety of drinks as well many other breakfast items. Everything I have eaten at the Serena Hotel was greatly enjoyed. My safety was assured with all of the added security and with the help of Kumail who offered tremendous assistance. 5 stars is not enough for the superb excellence of this hotel and property. I could easily give it 10+ stars."
