"Room was filthy. Had to track down staff to clean up an unknown red substance on the floor beside the bed. Floor had various bits of garbage like packaging, dental floss etc.. Surfaces were dusty. TV remote had visible crusty dirt. So gross! Sent a message upon check in but never heard from them. ..."

The Windsor Suites
"Room was spacious with kitchen, walk-in closet and bath. Nice lighting in bathroom and dressing area. King size bed was a little too soft. We needed more warmth because the cold weather but the heat was off for the seasonal change to A/C! The staff brought up a space heater that helped a lot."

"I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues"
