Cool tiny house
Always wanted to stay in a tiny house and this didnt disapoint. Was quite spacious and had everything one needs. The bedroom in the loft requires one to crawl over but since there was a bed on the ground level, i never bothered to use it. The area itself was a nice combination of other tiny homes and campground like facilities. Its about a mile from Front Street where theres a few decent restaurants and bars. Highly recommend the distillery. Only recommendation id make for the host is a hook near the shower so one can hang a towel. Stay was great. Only about 30 min to Breck and Buena Vista if want to check out some bigger towns

All’s Fair in Fairplay
Quiet, cozy, well appointed, comfortable. Conveniently located in the heart of an area chock full of opportunities for hiking and scenic driving. Easy to contact host who is very nice and responds quickly. The place where the tiny house is located is a small development full of a mix of tiny homes and RVs. Neighborhood very quiet and people respectful. I would not hesitate to stay there again! Very reasonably priced, and an all around great place to stay. Plus, it was a great introduction to tiny house/RV park living, which I found suited me well. Many thanks to the host for the great hospitality and affordable stay. Only problem was leaving— I didn’t want to!!

Cute house in beautiful location
We wanted to try a tiny house, so we did! It worked well for one night, where we cooked on the stove, appreciated the full-sized shower, and enjoyed the warmth of the house despite below-freezing temperatures outside. Just as pictured, easy to check in and check out.

Lovely tiny home
First tiny home we’ve ever stayed in and it was a wonderful experience. Perfect size for 2 located in a nice and quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town. The on-site hot tub was amazing! The only issue I had was our flat sheet had quite a few small holes in it. We look forward to returning to the area soon and renting the same unit.

Almost perfect
Great place to stay, very clean and easy access in/out. Beautiful location. Pillows could be better. :) Guy left his dog in camper nearby who cried daily. Owners are very responsive. Would stay here again, I just hope the dog across the street is rehomed. Very sad.

Excellent weekend rental!
My friend and I stayed here for the weekend so we could hike some 14ers in the area. During the stay we had a few questions and Anita and Hayley were very quick and helpful to respond. The place itself is as described in the posting, very clean and welcoming. It was a little bit hard to find in the dark as we arrived late, but the detailed instructions sent to us at check-in proved helpful. The best part were the amenities as we used both the hot tub and grill - very welcome after hiking! We had a little mix-up as I thought the check-out date was one day latter...sadly we were unable to stay another night due to previous arrangements, but the hosts were very patient with us to come get our stuff out of the house. Overall I was impressed with the excellent service, and it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others. Thanks for a great first Tiny House experience!
