Staff are great and really helpful. Our room was 1203 - 2 single beds. Good size room - view of another building but your only sleeping in the room. Breakfast was a bit bizarre in terms of choice bread / croissants / salad type bar / scrambled eggs / cut up hot dogs / yogurts/ bananas snd apples. Very small area. Great coffee though. Not realllyyy close to TMSQ walking distance for people who are new but IF the trains are running properly super easy to get there. "Customer service was poor. Staff seemed bothered to help guest. Market staff was rude. If you want to hold bags after check out there is a $4 fee cash, the staff demands cash even after telling them you don’t have any. Bathroom was dirty; hair in the bathtub, dusty surfaces and toilet was dirty."
