The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful, the ability to leave our vehicle in their parking lot for a daily fee and the free shuttle to the airport was most appreciated. Our stay could have only been better if free buffet breakfast had been provided. The attached restaurant was quite expensive.

Hotel location was good , slightly old property so dint feel it very clean. Room locks were slightly jammed so had to push the door hard to open, had hot water issue but staff quicklu fixed it.
Overall decent stay considering we were out on day trips to Banff and were in hotel only to rest in the evenings. Price was decent as well.
