Great place

Really neat “bungalow” style apartment in a perfect and accessible location just south of Fairhope near the Grand Hotel. Our one comment would be that the listing had a kitchen as a feature and there is no kitchen. We brought a few things for breakfast and lunch expecting to be able to cook or at least toast but it was only a coffee bar with a microwave and a mini fridge. That would have been totally fine had the listing been more clear about that. We likely would have stayed there anyway. Great price and great owner/management team. Very kind!

Fairhope getaway

Just great! Suites were clean and nicely decorated. Extras of listing local dining was much appreciated. We ate at two of the recommended spots and really enjoyed both. Would stay there again.

Charming!

A lovely and creative space in a quaint little southern town...thoroughly enjoyed it! Fairhope has parks, bike trails, piers, shopping, restaurants and is located close to some of the prettiest beaches along the gulf coast. The property was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spot and look forward to another stay---thanks so much!

Great Spot close to the Grand and Downtown

The place was amazing! Tricia made it super easy for me to get into the property early. I had a conference at the Grand and was less than 1000yrds away. Could have easily biked there if I wanted to. I can by myself, but this is an absolutely perfect place to stay for a couple and 2 kids. Has everything you need

Pristine and very clean

We have been coming to Fairhope for 30 years. This is a great property. The room was just as advertised. The owner was by far the most responsive we have ever had. Will not hesitate to return. It was an absolutely wonderful place to ring 2019 by the fire pit. Ownership pride is definitely all there.

Absolute Gem

What a find! My wife and I recently stayed for 3 nights. The experience was excellent in every way. Clean and beautiful room. Loved the location and proximity to Fairhope. Not necessarily an easy walk - but a short drive or very reasonable bike ride on paved trails (bicycles provided by the hotel). Just a lovely small hotel that felt straight out of a Hallmark movie.

Bright and cute, but had strange layout. Bed right when you walk in. Kitchen just small fridge & microwave. Need counter space in bathroom. Parking limited. There were weddings both nice we were there. Done by 10:00

Charming property

The South suite at Little Point Clear hits all the marks of a charming property. Upon arrival, you notice the beautiful and pristine landscaped yard creating small pockets of green space to meander through. The South suite has a cozy garden patio, with a fire pit. It is surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a large umbrella providing shade, perfect for morning coffee. As you traverse the quaint pathways, the smell of star jasmine perfumes the air. Inside the South suite, accommodations are equally lovely. Tastefully decorated with art, furniture and color, this suite is full of comforting amenities such as a mini refrigerator, complementary coffee bar with sink, a microwave, along with plenty of toiletries and towels.The South suite has a sitting room adjacent the spacious bedroom provided lots of space for clothes storage and a dressing area complete with dressing table, makeup mirror, and full length mirror. This convenience create two dressing spaces for travelers. Each morning of our stay, we would walk the paved path lining the highway, passing fellow joggers, cyclists, and walkers. The smell of star jasmine was all throughout the yards of neighboring homes. It offered a springtime delight to the senses. The South suite is convenient to area amenities. It is walking distance to the golf course and next door the the Battles Wharf grocery where you can grab a beverage and a breakfast pastry or sandwich for a picnic lunch. Cute Spot on the Bay

Great little hotel. We only stayed one night, but the host/hostess were very helpful and gracious. The bed was so comfortable. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Great Little Getaway

My husband and I did a long weekend here and had a blast. Property was very clean and super cute! The owner is super responsive. I had a problem with the tv remote and she got right back to me on what to do. Great places to eat in Fairhope. We ate breakfast two different mornings at Two Sisters Bakery and Deli. It was delicious and right down the road. We had dinner at Gambino’s one night and ate at Ferus by the Bay another night. Both were great! Not far from Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We did a day trip and went to the beach. Overall it was a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!!

Our favorite place to stay!

Tricia is an amazing host and responds fast and makes sure you have everything you need. Little Point Clear cottages are so cute and are so clean and well thought out. We will be staying there again soon! Thanks again to Tricia and Little Point Clear for making our holiday so perfect!

Beautiful Venue

The event venue and the two studios were beautiful and decorated well. Very Clean. There are two unit rentals on the event venue property, which is a small lot. The Middle Bay is not as described on the VRBO But is on the biz website. It's a studio bedroom (in the living area), a loft bedroom (no door, closet, or bathroom), and TWO HALF BATHS THERE ARE NOT FULL BATH IN THIS STUDIO! One-half bath has the tub and the sink, the other has the sink and the toilet. The kitchenette does NOT have running water or a sink. You must use the bathroom sinks. This lot does not have on-property access to the water to use the kayaks or areas to ride the bikes on the private lot, as perceived when reading the description. We never found "fly creek' so disappointed. We rode the bikes on the Eastern Shore Trail. There was a wedding on the small lot, and one staff member, when asked, said, All the complimentary activities required calling ahead and scheduling access miles down the road. The suite isn't private due to being in the same spot as the venue. Both days we had multiple people looking in our doors which look straight into the bedroom and bath area! Knocking on the door looking for help. One poor man was looking for water. The suite parking is very small as well. Overall it was very beautiful and public as a campground. We would have had a better experience renting the whole space. Understanding the setup of the EVEN VENUE would have prepared us to enjoy it in a different way.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay! “Good Vibe” is how my youngest daughter described it. It was exactly as described and everyone was very helpful. It was our first time to the area and Fairhope/Point Clear not disappoint !

Our stay

First of all - we were told by the manager of the entire property our little boy could not ride his scooter on the cement in front of our room and area in front. We came here because we felt this would be kid friendly for him as well. It is not kid friendly! He was not bothering anyone. Also, it was very inconvenient for us to have to move our vehicles to another area. I realize it is a place for events as well, but I would advise to check to see if they are having an event before booking here. There is only one bathroom and the tub and shower is completely separate. Other than these issues, the room was very cute and clean. It is very convenient and there is a very good 2 sisters bakery right down the road for breakfast and lunch.
