"Check in was very easy and smooth. The room was a great size and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We brought our 3 year old and he loved the toddler pool they had! They had activities for the kids daily that were fun! We had 2 downfalls….the cleaning service…inconsistent on when they came one day it was 4pm another it was 11am and another was 5pm. We had to call them back every time besides 1 time (stayed 6nights). They never swept the floors…they always left sand all over the floors. The other down fall was the breakfast. We paid for breakfast for 2 and then when we got there they did not know what we were talking about that they don’t do prepaid breakfast before and they would figure it out later to “just charge it to your room and we will let you know if you have a credit or not.” Never heard back. We decided on just going to Walmart and getting some breakfast foods to eat ourself then paying there. It was very nice being straight on the beach and then providing beach chairs/umbrellas."
