Can’t stress it enough…. Absolutely the best hotel in Fairfield. Make you feel right at home for your entire stay., staff is super friendly. The guy that moved me downstairs today has been completely amazing every time I stay!

After trying the others in Fairfield this one by far is the best! This is the nicest hotel in town, and the staff is super nice! My whole stay was comfortable and very accommodating! This is the only place I will stay when I come to town every time!

Ok stay
The hotel is close to the interstate and next to a truck stop that was noisy on and off through the night. Blanket on the bed was very thin. Yes there was heating and A/C which had I run may have masked the sounds outside but that’s not an appropriate use. Better bedding would have been preferable. Day staff were friendly welcome in be evening was lacking. Room was large and clean. It was an OK stay.

The parking lot was littered with garbage eveywhere. Saying breakfast included is a stretch. Comical lack of much to eat. Went to nearby McDonalds instead.

Property was well lit at night a d grounds were clean. The swimming pool water was green and maintenance said he had just added a buch of chemicals and it should be usable by tomorrow morning. Everybody friendly and the room was clean. Bathtub was in need of a little grout and a good cleaning.

This is a very old property so we will not be staying again. There was a 1.4 inch gap under the entry door - large enough for critters to get in. The breakfast was extremely limited. Definitely not worth the cost of the stay.

I booked my room a week ahead of time and when i got there they said they couldn't find my reservation. Called Hotels.com.and then all the sudden the hotel found my reservation but didn't have any rooms. Also happened to my brother about an hour later. The hotel claimed they told Hotels.com and they didn't inform anyone. But why did the hotel wait til my brother tried to get his room after me and not say anything to me. Luckily i found another down the street.

You booked through a 3rd party and they did not confirm your reservation with us, therefore hotels.com is at fault and should compensate you for the trouble.

We enjoyed our visit
Our room was clean. We only stayed one night. The staff was great, breakfast was fine. I had never seen a pancake maker. They were good. Our room had a refrigerator which was nice. The bed was comfortable but a little softer than our liking (we prefer a firmer mattress).
