It was so nice, and it is a college campus, so it is really safe. Pet-friendly and good breakfast. Parking is way too expensive. No need to charge $50 a night when there is plenty of parking.

Our stay at the Yotel in Washington DC was great. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist. 💕 I would have liked to use the pool—however I’ll have to come back! Check in/out are a breeze, no waiting in line unless there’s a question or issue. The only real negative is the lack of a coffee machine in the room. This would really make our stay exceptional. There is limited coffee provided on the 2nd floor—however most hotels have this accessible at all times. We were able to get a mini fridge which I greatly appreciated as I was travelling with two kids. Parking is easy and underneath the hotel, which made it easy to transport our items. The location is minutes from Union station and about 10-15 min from the Smithsonian museums. Great location! Thank you for a great stay.

I'm usually pretty good at picking hotels - this was not one of my better choices. Reserved a room with a balcony, got no balcony. As we arrived at night and were tired after a long flight, we didn't notice til it was too late. Ordered room service, chicken sandwiches, which were inedible - old, tired, stringy chicken, served in the brown bag version of room service, which I despise. The bed was too low and oddly sloppy. Bedside tables too small. A baffling thermostat with tiny, dim and puzzling symbols. In the shower are the usual 3 bottles of shampoo, gel and conditioner - photo uploaded. Many people wear glasses - no one wears them in the shower which makes it impossible to read the tiny, overly busy labels - even before the room is plunged into darkness. (See the following.) But the single most annoying thing was the bathroom light on a motion detector which triggers when you're still ten feet from the bathroom, flooding the bedroom with bright light. Not great at night. Not great if you stay a bit too long in the shower and end up feeling your way around after the switch decides you've seen enough. The location is great, and that's about all that recommends The Morrow.

Very new and modern hotel. Nice front staff. Clean and comfort bed and pillows. Great location to the National Mall and Chinatown. Easy and safe underground parking in modern office building with in and out (best rate). Breakfast fresh and cooked to order(best value if you booked with the hotel booking process). Rooftop bar with beautiful night views.

Very nicely place located by George Town in walking distance of White House also
