"Nice place, very friendly and accommodating staff, beautifully comfortable bed and clean. Good food but service was a litttle slow, we gather this is a newly opened property so.expected a few 'teething problems. I would recommend having a bell on reception or more presence there by staff as we had to chase them up (out the back of property through kitchen)to check out and pay...not sure everyone would bother?! Great place, good value, would definitely stay again."

"My stay was very good and the hostesses Steph and Erin were super friendly and helpful. From help with pre-ordering breakfast the day before to getting our room instructions. The place was gorgeous and very clean. A very easy place to chill down and rewind. The only thing I would advise for improvement is to remove that staircase window in the twin bedroom as it lets light come in to the room at night even with the curtain closed. Also maybe tint it with privacy film."

"We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. The room offered beautiful views, was clean and well maintained. The property had a wonderful garden where you can relax after a long day walking. "We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."

"When we arrived we found that we had been upgraded to another room. The room was lovely the bed was so comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful but not too far away if you wanted to go out for a meal."

"Another wonderful stay at out favourite place. The cottage is homely and comfortable with a fabulous garden for the dogs and a hot tub to relax in after a day on the beach or in the hills. Perfect location close to the centre of Fairbourne and the beach. Hosts are great at communicating and very welcoming. We'll be back again soon."
