Great private location that is a brand new building and new the airport. Good price for the private space and clean. We had an issue with the towels shedding but Kayla brought replacements and a treat. Great communication from host. The one issue we had was that the well water on property was high in sulfur and iron which made the hot water smell terrible and left skin feeling slimy. Kayla said the house has a robust water filtration system but the hot water tank was causing the hydrogen gas and there was no way to remove it. I feel this should have been disclosed on the listing upfront since the smell is so strong. -1 star for that. Other little things that need addressed due to this being a new rental: bedroom roller shades are mounted inside the window frame and do not allow the windows to open, windows in the living area have no coverings whatsoever, there are no extra blankets or sheets, and the dining/brakfast table only has two small stools (it should be a 4 seater).
