"The hallway had a gapped hole on it, jacuzzi has missing tiles. Overall it's a semi high end hotel prices, with 2 star hotel amenities."

"The staff was really nice and helpful with my question over the phone about checking in late. I also found the room really comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is really a vibe because it’s clean and luxurious but also is in a historic building. It was a good location as well around different parts of downtown and walkable. I really enjoyed the brunch, and also the complementary water bottles and coffee ! The staff at the front desk were super friendly too and made me feel welcome ! Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at."

"Everything was fine until I got home and there was a $50.00 charge on my debit card. I tried several times to speak with the hotel staff but nobody answered the phone??? I therefore called my bank and had the charge cancelled which they did immediately. So what’s up?"
