"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

"The property was charming. The renovated monastery was comfortable. The atmosphere was tranquil and beautiful. The food service was great. They were accommodating as well as we are vegetarian and they allowed some changes to planned menu. "

"We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...
