"We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. "We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour around the Pyrenees. This hotel was really well located and in a quiet area. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. We were disappointed that the use of the pool/spa was an additional cost and only allowed 45 minutes, so we didn’t use it."

"Arrivée très serrée, la ruelle est très étroite, nous avons d’ailleurs éclaté un pneu sur les marches menant à l'église...La salle de bain du rdv doit avoir un problème d’évacuation car les odeurs sont terribles.Premier étage parfait, cuisine parfaitement équipée, en vaisselle. Des jeux , des crayons de couleur des feuilles, on sent l’habitude des grandes familles avec enfants....Les chambres du second sont parfaites.Mauvaise odeur également dans la salle de bain de l’étage, quant à la mezzanine, même les enfants de 10 ans ne se sont pas sentis bien . Trop chaud malgré la clim très bruyante. Logement toutefois agréable. Nous étions"

"Truly a perfect spot and affordable For the short duration we were there. Pool was fantastic, staff were helpful. Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas). Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!"

"Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street."

"used a few times before so would recommend this hotel. Good location and we used a free car park several minutes walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a nice size & clean, overlooking the street below although, in my opinion it would benefit from a little tlc. . We watched a fiesta parade from the open windows last time we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with a nice fresh selection. First time we stayed a couple of years ago we had a lovely evening meal & wine which was very nice & reasonably priced however I'm not sure of the operating hours of the bar/lounge, would be well worth checking. Jaca has a lovely 'feel' to it."
