"Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."
