"Staff spoke excellent English. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was a pain to access with the card as it seemed to be very temperamental. Parking was fine, as a larger van we had to park in the outdoor car park, but our room key opened gate. Pool was nice if not a little cold."

"Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna. Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at ..."
