 In this country house 2 apartments -LAVENDEL and ROSMARIN are rented. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. Sleeping for a 3. person
(10 euros per night) offers a sofa bed in the living room.
The peculiarity of the property is the varied planting and the many different possibilities to stay.
In this dreamlike ambience, you will experience a holiday that appeals to all: well-being in the furnished apartment with great attention to detail, peace and quiet by the pool, which you often have for yourself, reading in a book from the well-assorted books on one of the many beautiful spots on the property, sweeping the view and the flock of sheep follow, which pulls with soft bells on the meadows, enjoy the food prepared in the well-equipped kitchen on the beautiful terrace, be pampered in one of the many small and inexpensive restaurants in or dine in the 'Mondo X' in Cetona, a top restaurant in a monastery. Traumhaft schön

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Es hat so viele Highlights: die schattige Terasse, der fantastische und immer top gepflegte Pool (12 6 Meter), die Ruhe, die vielen Sitzplätze im Garten und von überall hat man diese traumhaften Aussichten, sogar beim Schwimmen. In der geräumigen und sauberen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Es hat in der Nähe schöne Ortschaften und Lokale. Wir hatten noch nie so nette Vermieter - hilfsbereit, unkompliziert, zugewandt und achten die Privatsphäre der Gäste. Es war immer schön sie zu treffen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Euch beide.

Wer einen Urlaub in absoluter Stille (außer Vogelgezwitscher und Grillengezirpe) mit einem 1000-View und mit netten Vermietern, die sich diskret kümmern und Einem eine Einführung in das Boccia-Spiel anbieten, verbringen will und einen Pool fast für sich alleine haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Wat een heerlijke plek met hele vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Lekker ruim. Fijn terras met prachtig uitzicht. Heel fijn en super schoon zwembad. Een kleine tip: Doe een kleine investering in een wifiversterker zodat deze in het hele appartement beschikbaar is en niet alleen in de slaapkamer. We zullen jullie zeker aanraden bij bekenden. Als je naar Umbrie gaat, denk dan aan dit verblijf.

Erholung und Ruhe in einer bezaubernden Landschaft

Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Traumhafter Blick auf die herrliche Hügellandschaft. Ein wunderschöner großer Pool. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und top gepflegt. Wunderschöne Terasse. Von der Lage her ideal für Besichtigungstouren Richtung Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Bolsena See aber auch südliche Toskana ist nicht weit. Kurz gesagt, einfach ideal.

Totale Entschleunigung

Wer Ruhe und Stiile sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Gute Lage für MTB-Touren (mit und ohne ebike) und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Helmi und Peter sind sehr gastfreundlich und geben gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele.

Absolut top: Die Lage, der Pool, die herrliche Aussicht und die ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgeber! Nr. 1 für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen! Der Pool mit seiner fantastischen Aussicht zur (fast - max. 2 weitere Leute, wenn die denn mal gleichzeitig da sind) Alleinnutzung ist natürlich das Sahnehäubchen auf dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnungstorte!

Wohlfühlen pur!

Die fast 2 Wochen haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Casa Francesca ist perfekt dazu geeignet, einen relaxten Urlaub zu verbringen. Helmtraud und Peter sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber! Das gesamte Areal und die Ferienwohnung sind top gepflegt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist einTraum und die Aussicht in das Umland unbezahlbar... Sehr gute Unterkunft,

Sensationelle Lage auf einem Hügel gelegen, daher ein wunderbarer Blick auf die zauberhafte umbrische Landschaft. Großer gepflegter Garten mit großem Schimmingpool.Sehr nette ,hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Anlage garantiert erholsame Ferien.
