"Værelset var hvad det lovede og beliggenheden er god når man skal gå en tur i Charyn. Dog var 2 ud af 3 ruter til vores skuffelse lukket, selvom man til overpris kunne få en guidet tur til en af dem. "Rooms are quite old, in a dire need of renovation - stepping into the room felt like stepping into the 1980s. The worst part was the service - front desk staff were rude, and could use some basic training in hospitality."

"Great place, super clean, quiet, spacious with great guests and professional staff who speak English. Laundry is 500 tenge and there is plenty of space for bicycles. The rooms have AC too. Would recommend 110%"
