"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."

"there was a major concert in El paso the same weekend we reserved our rooms when we got to the hotel. they canceled all of our reservations so they could quadruple the prices, thats not right hotels should honor the reservations, but corporate greed won. Almost a 1000 people lost their reservations due to greed.me and my party ended up sleeping in a cramped little car for 3 nights don't overbook your rooms and don't cancel reservations because you want to raise rates for another event"

"Due to BTS concert, there were very few hotels left and all of them were super expensive... This hotel looked fine in the photos, but the actual hotel was quite awful... Well, if the price was reasonable, then I would have rated higher, but with the price we paid, I have to rate at these ratings unfortunately..."

"We checked in around five and were asked to have a last-minute $100 cash deposit, despite already paying for the room which is kind of understandable with all the traffic going in and out of the motel. We were then greeted by a stuffy room, stained sheets, and blankets, a bathroom ceiling covered with black mold, and a fridge that was not cleaned out and contained old drinks from previous people."

"Honestly, the hotel needs an update.A appearance on the inside looks old. Stained carpets from years of use, Faucet in the bathroom was difficult to use, couldn't get the temp or water flow to come out easily, bathtub looked dingy. I'm not expecting a perfectly clean and maintained place, but for the price, it wasn't worth it to me."
