"The room was fine. The food was a buffet but still good and breakfast was good. The location was fine. Some staff like the waiters were very helpful although it took a while to get a drink. Reception were a little frosty."

"Very centrally located in the town of Bovec. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed our stay just be aware that in the spring they do not have air-conditioning available only in the summertime however it was not necessary as the temperatures were quite cool at night with the windows open. "Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
