"Love the open interior layout that's connected as one space. Improve chef's cooking - natchos is horrible - thatjust mashed avocado with lemon, diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated cheese, ground beef sauteed with peppers, and tabasco. It tasted terrible. I love your caesar salad and buffet breakfast. Your front desk staff in lare noon needs to disaggregate himself from his laptop screen. He did not make my wake up call this am at 6am, but he fid make taxi reservation at 630am. He is too preoccupied and not fully present. Cafeteria staff is sometmes there also. You need to augment staff, they are too overwhelmed. "

"Great location, beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. It’s a very easy walk to the beach, to Old Town, and to hundreds of shops and restaurants. The little pool on the rooftop (7th floor) was very clean and refreshing, and the poolside furniture was very comfortable for lounging and relaxing. The exercise room is very small but has a treadmill, bicycle and some dumbbells, so it had everything I needed, and I only saw one other person there on one occasion."

"Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."

"Lovely welcoming and informative staff at reception, happy to provide tips and recommendations. Great size room with comfy bed and bath/shower/bidet/face mirror in bathroom with nice lighting. Mini bar and room service options also provided, along with security locker. Plus espresso coffee & tea making facility. All clean and comfortable & the bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Lovely neighbourhood location with short walk to cafe's, shopping and to La Concha beachfront. Nice bar and restaurant and handy to have this option when it wet and windy outside. "
