  • Built in 1750, this dog-friendly cottage in Coldingham has a warm, relaxed feel. Think wood-burning evenings, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The original bare brick keeps the rustic feel, while modern comforts make settling in easy. Just a 20-minute walk from Coldingham Bay, with beautiful cliff paths to St Abbs and beyond. Perfect for beach days, coastal rambles, and slow, cosy nights in by the fire. A welcoming place to unwind and feel at home.

Kerrlynn Cottage has a very well-equipped kitchen. It has everything needed to cook up a storm - it even has cake tins. It also has a DVD player with lots of DVDs' to choose from.

One basket of logs, firelighters, kindling and matches is provided free of charge so you can enjoy the wood burner without the hassle of lugging logs from the shop. Additional logs can be purchased on-site.

It also features a beautiful, enclosed garden with stunning views over Coldingham. Perfect for those long summer days. Ideal for entertaining kids and your furry friends.

Kerrlynn has a rustic charm. If you are looking for ultra-modern then this isn't for you, however, if you're looking to take a break from all the hustle and bustle of modern life, then it's exactly what the doctor ordered.

The host maintained excellent contact throughout the booking procure and prior to our stay and was a point of contact and advice throughout the stay itself. The cottage was very characterful as was Coldingham . It is an excellent base for visits to many worthwhile sites in both Berwickshire and Northumbria.
