8.6/10 Excellent! (251 reviews)
The beds were far too short for a comfortable night’s sleep. I am 6’2”, which is not unusually tall, yet my feet extended well beyond the end of the bed. This was uncomfortable and I would expect a hotel of this standard to provide beds of a more suitable length.

Robo total

"This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Place. We arrived after a long flight from the USA, and took the Hoppa from Heathrow to get there. The room was prepaid and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and well organized, a bit on the smaller side, but we were only staying one ..."
