"O local tem seu lado bom e ruim. A piscina é muito boa, estava quentinha de tanto sol. O espaço tem diversas opções para lazer (piscina, quadra, churrasqueira). O que acabou não sendo como esperado foi a casa em si, pois não estava muito limpa, com algumas coisas mofadas, sofás muito velhos, a cozinha não tinha muitos dos utensílios básicos. No geral, a família curtiu pela piscina e churrasqueira, mas esperava que a casa fosse mais limpa e conservada."

"A propriedade foi alugada para dois hóspedes ao mesmo tempo, então o sr. Laércio nos levou para outra chácara que conseguiu às pressas sem nada de atritara funcionando. Banheiro entupido (na original 3 e nessa dois), sem Tv, sem internet e muito mais distante do que o prometido. Compramos uma coisa e recebemos outra. Fomos enganados!"
