The room was pretty standard and clean. The facility was quiet and the staff very friendly! The only challenge was how scarce the room was concerning towels, linens, and there was no kitchen items. We booked the extended stay option assuming these items would be present since we booked a room with the full kitchen. Overall, we'd book again just noting this.

The room was clean enough only saw one roach all night. There are stains on the refrigerator itself. This night it was wet and icy, salt was only put on the direct entrance for the lobby. No one touched the icy parking lot with any preventative salt or care.

Not What I Expected.

With the recent snow and cold,it was difficult to walk from the car to the lobby without sliding or possibly falling. Check-in booth closed at 10 PM and I had to call to get someone to come check me in. Room was clean,bed was comfy,heater worked well and TV had plenty of channels and picture was crisp. Drain in bathroom sink was closed and I had no way to open it so I used the sink by the kitchen for everything. Quite overpriced for my night's stay.

This was the first time a friend and I have stayed at this chain. We brought two dogs in a room with two beds. There was plenty space to crate the dogs. But we saw bugs in the bathroom. We had to ask for multiple keys since a new one would deactivate the old one but we should have been able to keep 2 without issue. Also the front desk isn't open until 10AM. There is no breakfast served but good thing with their bug problem. Told the old gentleman at checkout there were roaches, he said unfortunately we have that problem.
