Nice historic hotel with fine simple rooms and a very attentive staff. Enjoyed the adjacent Cassels restaurant. Dicey location, although we walked around at night with no problems. Located in trendy Koreatown. Good value.

Hotel was nice, view on the 15th floor was phenomenal. Only thing I have to say is we called front desk to ask for more towels and we didn’t get them after calling twice. One of my friends called and said “we called about 30 mins ago” and the receptionist said “it was 20 minutes ago, they will be up shortly” and never came. Other than that there’s free wine for guests between 5-6pm and hotel was beautiful and clean rooms. I would stay again and hope for nicer service.

Room was not clean, dressers were old and scratched up. Floor was dirty, mattress was old and nasty, with part of the metal pieces exposed. Pool was closed during the day when we arrived, the next morning before check out we entered and left immediately due to water in hot tub being cloudy and slimy. ...
