"This hotel is located just outside of the city walls so it was easy to walk into the old city. Parked on the street which was safe. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel seems very new and the breakfast was very good."

"After issues with getting access codes that only seemed to be resolved with calling Germany directly, we checked in at the time they wanted despite being granted an early check in! After that all was good, clean efficient 2 rooms and living room, kitchen with all that was required. Espresso machine!! Laundry a bonus! But not the most efficient dryer. Drying takes a minimum of 2.5 hours. Parking annoying as not on site or close (residents only) so very 4 hr by the meter. Close walk to everything so all in all a good simple choice."

"There was onsite paid parking and the breakfast was delicious. The person who checked us in was wonderfully helpful and made us feel very welcome! What a beautiful town - easily one of our top stops so fa, especially because everything was so easily within walking distance. "

"The hotel was greatly overvalued/overpriced and unless you are a convention crowd I would not advise a couple to go there. The food was pedestrian at best and the wait staff was unable to answer how the meal would be prepared. As a result I received a meal I would not have ordered if it were accurately described. I should have sent it back. In the rooms you pay if you use expresso pods and still water. The bathrooms are small and tight (difficult to maneuver in the shower.) The rooms are far from reception and to carry luggage/packages with stairs is difficult to deal with. To be fair the rooms are large, albeit dark. The bed was comfortable. The internet was intermittent and unavailable a good amount of time. The two days we were there we could not use our balcony patio due to repair cranes used to clean the roof tiles and to repaint being adjacent thereto. The property is about 10 minutes from town by car and there is nothing one can reasonably walk to from there. That said, the adjacent church is very beautiful and my visit to it was the highlight of the stay. It was our last hotel on our two week visit to the country and easily the one we wish we had not booked."

"Dirty bathroom. Very hot room with inadequate AC. No breakfast even though we booked breakfast with our room. They had no record of it and blamed it on using Expedia. Said we shouldn’t have used them and that is why we didn’t get the breakfast. Beyond disappointed. Waste of time and money. Zero stars! "

"Clean room, but the website photos do not accurately depict the hotel's age, poor condition, and general unattractiveness. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping, so we had to use our own data. Shower pressure was good, but the tub didn’t drain, and water leaked onto the bathroom floor."
