"The property is in a peaceful location but close to Warwick. The main lobby is nicely presented. The pool is warm but was very busy and too small to swim in. We had a twin room which had been updated.The double was dated and had a broken trickle vent.There was no fridge in this one or conditioner in the bathroom. The staff were friendly"

"The hotel’s garden surrounds are stunning, especially in the summer. The room itself was decent, with a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. However, the only downside was the staff at the bar. We ordered a bottle of wine and were given small glasses. We politely requested larger ones but were still given two different sizes. It felt like she wasn’t particularly enjoying her job and there was no friendly interaction during the transaction. On the other hand, the receptionist at reception was lovely, with a warm smile and a helpful attitude."

"Very nice property. Mostly clean but being a cleaner myself I feel the doors and shaving mirror in the room could have done with a dust. Nice balcony, nice comfy bed and linen. Quiet at night. Nice bar area with nice outside area & with good snacks. Good for visits to the Cotswold villages etc. would stay again."
