"Water pressure in shower was very weak. Room was dusty, alarm clock not changed to new time, could not get temperature below 73, toilet handle barely hanging on (very loose)."

Our room was long and narrow with little space between the bed and wall (2 people couldn't pass). And the bathroom door was a slider with no lock on it. Poor privacy. But the closet was large, the kids could hang out in it. Quite odd room. "

"The pool was great along with the hot tub and sauna. The warm cookies at check-in were chocolate chip walnut oatmeal. The breakfast was delicious and I believe only $23 for two adults and our child had free buffet... Overall I paid a bit more for this hotel and it was more than worth it. Also has a great view of Wilkes-Barre on top of a hill, balcony room is a nice upgrade"
