Clean room, breakfast room staff friendly and efficient, check in and checkout fast. They accommodated my room location preferences and it was a quiet sleep. I like hard floors instead of carpet but the same vinyl flooring was used throughout which made the whole place feel like a hospital vs nice ...

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Alma was so courteous and warm! She and the young man who takes care of storing the luggage have Superb customer service. They are the reason I would return to this hotel.

Sentral Michigan Avenue
It was my son's birthday and the staff was extra kind. We loved the room with the view. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working in February 2026 and the pool was cold. We did like playing in the game room and the proximity to the art museums.

Level Chicago – Old Town
First off I want to give a special shout out to Eric! He assisted us so well in every way possible. I also didn’t expect it to be such a nice condo complex but I was so impressed by the rooms, amenities and the workers. Will definitely be coming back very soon!
