"overall facilty very run down and needs to be condemmed. Husband complained air conditioning kept needing to be reset for power & would only worked 5mins or so, room hot, dirty, hair on fresh towels, missing ceiling tiles, pealing wall paper, only slept at most 1hour during stay. Left to sleep in my car. Went to ask for my money back and no customer service agent available. Other customers also waiting with no service."

We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book again. "
