Paola at the front desk was wonderful. I've visited this hotel before and I like the view of the water and the free breakfast and hot beverages in their lobby. Will definitely be back.

The room was very clean. The only issue that I saw was that several people emptied their car ash trays in the trees by the ebtrance doors.
