The Heathman Hotel
The staff were so nice! The hotel is beautiful and clean. Good food and great service at the Hearth. The noises from the neighboring shower and from the heating system were a bit intrusive but over all a very nice stay.

Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond
Very big hotel. The advantage is that it has a skybridge to the mall. I felt that despite being so big and more expensive it is a bit impersonal and prefer a Hyatt House where they don’t charge for water. The upgrade was not felt in the room nor in the add ons.
