The Space:

- Quite hours from 10pm-8am- No shoes inside the house please After your reservation we will inspect the the carpet and if we find staines you will be responsible for the cost of the carpet cleaning - No parties events or large gatherings- No unauthorized guest Guests who are not listed on the reservation areconsidered unauthorized guests and will be charged 150 per night - Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement - Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund - No smoking If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house guest will be fined 250 for breaking our no smoking policy - Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house including police or legal action for necessary corrective preventive actions - The owners managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs maintenance or in case of an emergency
