"The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am. He then put us on a smoking floor when we did not book that. We told him that was an issue as non-smokers. All he did was change the blankets. And to add to that, one...

"We had a great stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel with our family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-minded, and the gym is modern, well equipped, and open 24/7. The rooftop pool was a very refreshing escape from the city’s bustle. We can strongly recommend this hotel. A small tip for families traveling with toddlers: bring waterproof swim diapers for the pool, as they were difficult to find locally.*"
