The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. "Our stay was really nice. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was excellent but they are awaiting a chef so had to go out for meals. Our room was lovely and clean as was the lovely bathroom towels. The only thing wrong was no mirror in the room(only bathroom). Also the shower was a little on the small size as we are elderly(80) so was a bit difficult in/out but we managed. Parking was also good so thank you to The Lion Hotel for a lovely 3 night stay."
