"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "

"We had an amazing experience. The Chateau and the surrounding grounds are beautiful...like living in a fairy tale.
The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming.
The private hot tub and sauna are very relaxing and serene.
The experience of eating dinner here is something we will never forget. The food was incredible and presented perfectly.
Every course of our meal was like a work of art and the flavors were unforgettable.

"This is a favourite stop-off point for us. Great beers on tap and lovely outside deck to enjoy them when the weather is sunny.
Good varied breakfast but many items missing on this Friday we were here; fine on the Saturday.
A kettle in the room would be welcome and a bathroom door that is much less noisy.
Parking is sadly no longer free and we spent an hour vainly trying to load the App.
Staff were very friendly.

"Only negative comment would be the small space available for where bed has to be located with low ceiling on the inside half.
We didn’t feel like sleeping in the double bed during our stay because of this especially in the hot weather. It felt too stuffy and the person who ends up on the inside May feel slightly trapped.
I also had to call the concierge twice expecting the ‘access to property information’, which should have been more timely than it was to provide peace of mind that all is...
