- Located in Evansville, enjoy what this 3-cozy bedroom house has to offer. A lot of charm and character throughout! With two king beds and one full bed, dressers to unpack, guests find plenty of space to relax. The house features two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and washer/dryer for convenience. Two work areas are available to check your emails. Whether you’re cooling off on the covered porch or staying cozy with the gas fireplace, comfort is always within reach. This peaceful retreat invites guests to unwind after a day of exploring. Families and friends can take advantage of the huge back yard! Enjoy all that Evansville has to offer when you stay at our place. Close to UE, USI, Ford Center, casinos, zoo, hospitals, and plenty of shopping. Within an hours drive are historic and artisan New Harmony, New Harmony State Park, Santa Claus, IN with Holiday World Splash and Safari, the elegant West Baden Hotel in French Lick, IN along with wine tasting in that area.
