Wonderful place in a great location
I loved having a code to get in the door. I enjoyed being very close to many attractions and near a few popular bars. The amount of space was perfect for my family. My only issue was that I couldn't find a broom and the vacuum didn't work.that well. I like to clean as the day goes by. Other than the broom issue, it is a wonderful place to stay. I would stay here again and recommend. ✌️

Great stay
The place was clean and smelled fresh (I'm overly sensitive to dampness or heavy scents). We were out and about for 18 hours a day, so we really just slept there. We would recommend some better kitchen cookware as we did try to cook there one night, and the slight uneven flooring MAY be an issue for someone with walking or balance issues. The location was perfect for us as it was about a 6-minute drive to Old National Convention Center. It's located in a part of town that is experiencing a resurgence, so the renovations on most of the properties nearby give the area very charming feel.

Overall our stay was satisfactory and it worked out for our stay.
We did appreciate having a location to call our home while we stayed in Evansville. Upon arrival, we were a little surprised at the stairs that led up to the front door. My parents are in the 80s and without a hand rail it was a little difficult to enter and exit the apartment. The pictures on the listing didn’t indicate there were any stairs. Our first night was a little rough with a party being held just down the street and then the other tenants coming and going all through the night and arguing outside our windows. The following nights were fine. The microwave runs but doesn’t heat, which was inconvenient. The toilet seat needs to be tightened or something. It was already that way when we arrived. I just wanted you to be aware to fix before renting again to be able to have your next guest to have a five star experience.
