The location of the property was perfect for us after seeing a show at the Ford Center. Our only complaint was that it is a bit dated and there is a funky smell.

Townhome was exactly as advertised. My wife and I had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The private parking was very convenient. Perfect location for our event, just a 5 minute walk to Victory Theater and Ford Center. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute townhouse downtown Evansville

The location was okay. Not a lot of places open in the walkable area. Property was clean and host easily contacted and helpful. Very easy to get a Lyft ride.

Girls Weekend
My daughters and I traveled to Evansville for a bridal gown shopping weekend, for my oldest daughters wedding this fall. We had a great time at the property. The owner left board games for us to play, along with access to Netflix to watch a movie together. There was a basket filled with goodies and popcorn which we used as well. The whole house was decorated so cute and made us feel at home. It was a little chilly downstairs (February) but luckily we brought blankets of our own anyway The owner was very helpful, since we had a bridal gown fitting appointment on Sunday that changed times on us last minute. He graciously allowed us to stay an additional period of time past original check out. When we come back to Evansville, we will definitely look this apartment up on Vrbo.
